How To Use
Please keep in mind that this lotion is like salt water in the sense that it may cause itching. If you are new to using Magnesium Lotion or Oil try NOT to apply after you shower and especially if you shave, it will sting and itch! Rub on legs, chest, back, where ever you have pain, cramps or discomfort. Leave on for at least 30 to 40 min and then you can wash off.
Stinging and itching are a sign that you are deficient in magnesium. The more you use it the less this will happen. Wash off daily.

This stuff is truly a Miracle in my pain arsenal, I have a rare disease listed in the top ten most painful , along with several other connective tissue disorders and diseases and co morbities . To rate my pain from a 1-10 is laughable. I’m on the MCGill scale near the top daily. I’ve tried CBD oil/ balm , patches , opioids, muscle relaxers = none touch my excruciating pain. Then came along this miracle - I Cannot , will not be with out it ! It relieves the pain tension in my body and relaxes my crazy misfiring nerves , calming my pain sensors and reducing my glass schrapnel ripping sensations when I’m in a flare .For my type of pain it is not a cure all for me , YET what it does for me and the reduction I receive is truly truly a major miracle !!! It varies from 60-40 percent relief reduction for me. For those who are on a MCGill index you will know that’s tremendous ! Dont leave home without it! I know the tag line is taken already but it couldnt be more true in this situation. I recently learned this critical lesson dont leave home without this magnesium lotion! I was traveling, which is not a frequent occurrence for me these days so I did not even realize that I had neglected to bring any of this magical magnesium lotion until I was already at my destination getting ready for bed. OH NO I would be in a not-my-bed bed with a not-my-pillow pillow, and I dont have my comforting, creamy, calming magnesium lotion. Its going to be a long night! Yes, it was a restless night with cramping legs and an incredibly painful aching lower back you know, the pain where no matter what position you try it just hurts and is uncomfortable so you cannot get back to sleep. Thankfully, I was only gone a couple of days. As soon as I was back home, I applied the magnesium lotion to my calves and lower back and then again before going to bed. I felt amazingly better with those two applications and slept great. A hot shower and another application of lotion the next morning and my legs and back felt normal again. For the last two years Ive been struggling with pain in my left wrist, similar to carpel tunnel. The pain became so bad I had to see an orthopedic doctor who gave me a cortisone shot to help with the pain. This worked for about 6 months before the pain would return with the same intensity. My doctor talked about surgery or continuing getting the shots. I did not want to have surgery on my wrist/hand so continued with the shots. I was also wearing a brace every night.
